Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative to bolster our client's ranks. As a crucial member of the team, you will spearhead the quest for new event opportunities, foster relationships with event hosts, and catalyze company expansion through strategic alliances.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint lucrative business prospects for our client's ticketing platform.
  • Devise and execute sales strategies to entice fresh clientele and event organizers into the fold.
  • Cultivate enduring bonds with clients and established event hosts, nurturing trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing ensemble to craft compelling sales pitches and presentations that resonate.
  • Drive negotiations to fruition, sealing deals that not only meet sales targets but also fuel company progression.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and rival maneuvers to maintain a competitive advantage.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Possess impeccable communication and negotiation acumen, coupled with a talent for forging enduring connections.
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive autonomously and within a team framework, all while delivering tangible results.
  • Bring to the table a track record of crafting and executing sales strategies that propel business growth forward.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, facilitating the seamless management and tracking of sales endeavors.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary starting at $40,000-$60,000 annually with an OTE of $120,000.
  • Sales commission structure on sourced events, offering lucrative opportunities for additional earnings. ($120,000 OTE)
