Getting to know you

In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit with our client. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

One Way Video Interview

At this stage, our recruiters take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to our client's team via one-way video interview questions. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area. Your answers are pre-recorded, not live, and don't worry, you can redo the questions until you are satisfied with the answers! Each question should take no longer than 2-5 minutes and will be sent to your potential employer to further assess fit.

Employer's Internal Interview Process

Congratulations! At this stage, your potential employer would like to meet with you. Their internal process can vary and usually involves multiple stages, such as a phone introduction, live video interview, technical/skills assessment, or an onsite interview.
